Born and raised in Colombia on a peaceful farm called Rancho El Triunfo in Turmequé, Boyacá, Lina Bockar has carried the values of hard work, family, and community into every part of her life. After completing her education, she relocated to Palm Beach County to join her mother and younger brother, Jose Blanco, who today is her trusted business partner and Agency Director.

Lina began her career in 2002 with Prudential Financial, quickly becoming the youngest Financial Services Associate in the South Florida region. Recognized for her dedication and excellence, she achieved Top Sales Associate honors early in her career, setting the foundation for her future as a leader in the insurance industry.

With a passion for protecting what matters most, Lina built her expertise across a wide spectrum of insurance solutions, from life and retirement planning to business continuation strategies and group benefit programs. In 2014, she expanded her vision by founding Seguros El Triunfo / Insurance Solutions Warehouse, a full-service agency specializing in Property & Casualty, Health, and Life Insurance.

Starting with one office inside El Bodegon Supermarket in Lake Worth, Lina and Jose grew the agency to a second location in West Palm Beach, making insurance more accessible to the very communities they are committed to serve.

Today, Seguros El Triunfo proudly employs a team of 8 dedicated licensed professionals dedicated to offering personalized insurance solutions for individuals, families, and businesses.

Lina’s mission is clear: to educate and empower the community to make confident decisions about their insurance, ensuring every client receives coverage tailored to their present needs and future goals.

Beyond her professional calling, Lina is a dedicated community leader and activist. She co-founded Juguetes Para Todos (Toys for All), an annual holiday event at the Palm Beach Zoo that brings joy to over 1,500 families. She has also chaired and sponsored the LatinFusion Gala, raising scholarship funds for ASPIRA, the only national Hispanic organization focused on developing the leadership potential of Latino youth. Co-founder and Member of the Risk Management Program at Palm Beach State College.

Above all, Lina treasures her role as a mother. Her three children: Ariana, Karina, and Romeo are her greatest inspiration and the reason she strives every day to lead with purpose, humility, and love.

Alongside her husband, Aleksej Bockar, who has joined her in the insurance practice, Lina continues to build a legacy of service, empowerment, and protection for her clients and her community.
